You’ll take a minimum 20 days of PTO (25 days after 5 years), plus 11 paid holidays each year. After 10 years, you’ll take a well-deserved three-month sabbatical! Also, new parents get 12 weeks of paid leave for birth, adoption, surrogacy, or foster placement.
