To ensure fair treatment as well as opportunities for growth, advancement, and leadership for every team member at Finit, we created the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Council to continuously monitor milestones, promote programs that enhance our culture, identify barriers to inclusion, and drive initiatives to achieve DEIB goals and priorities. The DEIB Council is committed to creating meaningful change in our workplace, lives, communities, and beyond.

Contribute to our local communities in meaningful ways, including philanthropic giving, serving others, and forming partnerships with diverse community organizations, professional associations, and educational institutions.

 

  • Create alliances and community partnerships that ensure broad access to diverse, high-performing talent that reflects the diversity of our communities
  • Track allocation of resources (monetary and volunteerism) to ensure inclusive reach.
