Finit’s full life cycle implementation methodology is designed to navigate the real complexities of finance transformation—from messy data, to evolving requirements and the need for scalable solutions. Our approach spans four sequential phases, with integration, design, and project management activities woven throughout the entire lifecycle, not isolated to a single step.
